This is where you can request a refill of your semaglutide or tirzepatide. All orders will be placed within 48 business hours and should arrive within 7 business days. If you are not local and need more supplies please text me at (309)231-0301 so we can get those sent to you! If you are local and need more supplies please stop by and grab them from the basket.

This vial is ideal for patients taking doses UP TO 1 mg (40 units).

Vial will last:

0.5 mg (20 units) - 13 weeks

0.75 mg (30 units) - 10 weeks 

1 mg (40 units) - 7 weeks

This vial is typically for patients taking doses 1 mg (40 units) or above.

Vial will last approximately:

1 mg (40 units) - 12 weeks

1.7 mg (68 units) - 7 weeks

2.4 mg (96 units) - 5 weeks

Tirzepatide 60 mg (600 units) - $600

This actually arrives as 2 vials of 30 mg each.

Medication will last:

5 mg (50 units) - 12 weeks

7.5 mg (75 units) - 8 weeks

10 mg (100 units) - 6 weeks 

12 mg (120 units) - 5 weeks

15 mg (150 units) - 4 weeks
